What makes these reviews independent?

Most trips are self funded. Hosted visits are disclosed and never edited by partners.

Do you accept hosted stays or press rates?

Yes. Every review is written in my own words and reflects my genuine experience. Partners never preview, edit or approve my content before it's published.

How do you score Sunday roasts?

Food, service, atmosphere and value, plus potato crisp factor and pudding notes.

Do you visit with a dog?

Often. Dog friendly rooms are checked for real world practicality: where dogs can actually go, fees that make sense, and whether a water bowl appears before you ask.
